It’s free to send large files; theres no login or registration and no usage restrictions. It lets you send up to 20GB's of files at a time, up to 2GB max per file!
Cons:
I wish i knew about it sooner!!!

http://www.megaupload.com/ and http://www.transferbigfiles.com sucks because they have a 500MB limit – as does http://www.yousendit.com/
